Did a little fishing yesterday

Caught a mess of these in my pond yesterday during my breaks. They were stocked last year and I am not keeping them until they grow another year, only about 12" right now. The frog was just for fun!

Nice li'l bass ya got there, Jeff...

As for the frog, well, frog legs are good eating too...

I miss having a pond right behind my house.

One of the "fads" down in Arkansas has been to take a bigger treble hook, put a jig on each hook, dangle it from a crappie pole in front of big frogs (on the bank) and wait for them to take a stab at that big meal in front of them. And it WORKS!!!

I cut that board three times and it's STILL too short!!!...

Nice fish & Frog Jefferythree. I used to fish a lot. But work has gotten in the way of fishing. My wife and kids bought me a fishing licence for fathersday this year. All I need now in to dust off the rods.

Good looking fish. I love to fish, but I suck at it. I don't know why. It is a great way to get outside and relax though. Red

I would take a sack of those in a tournament. C&R is great. You have to really manage it to make it good

Nice catch, I love to fish but around here the only good fishing is during the winter for trout.
