rustic patio table

Putting together this table for my patio out of some old pallets my fencing came in. Haven't built much in my life but am starting out and enjoying making this with my own two hands. Anyways after assembling I've sanded it a bit and will probably paint and sand some more for that "rustic" look...

Yall are too kind! I don't know about flawless or stunning but it should hold a radio and a couple beers on the back porch!

Got the first coat of paint on with some help from my boys. Don't really want it to look perfect and they made sure of it lol...

Nice Job.....I like it in its natural state......I think it'd look cool to now sand the majority of the paint back off...just leaving some in the grain...and then urethane it.....

But thats just my thoughts....

I thought of leaving it natural but let the kids get involved and it keeps em busy for awhile. I don't know if I want to do another color or not though and then sand over and coat it.
