Refurbished Farmhouse chairs

I picked up 5 of these oak chairs in various stages of disrepair for $5.00. Some of the seats which were built using tongue and groove joints rather than one solid piece had to be glued again. I dissassembled them, sanded them down, re assembled with glue, finished off with finer grit sand paper and stained and poly'd them. They look as good as new. I'll give them to my daughter to use with the farm house table I built in her apartment.

Some before/after pics below

Nice job, on both the table and the chairs. I'm guessing that your daughter is very happy to have them.

Nice job on the chairs, they look great, and match the table nicely.

Very nice. Five bucks + Daddy's elbow grease = great deal for your daughter.
