New dining room table

Ready for paint and stain. Learned a lot on this one. Used a planer, jointer and router for the first time. Few practice runs on some scrap and went for it.

I attempted the tapered legs on the band saw but I wasnt capable of cutting a straight line. So got on google built a small jig and ran the legs though the planer and several passes later a perfect taper.

Looks great, but from my experience with 2x wood that is not aged you can develop serious gaps due to shrinkage and it might take a year or more, but I have seen 1/2" gaps on occasion. Is the breadboard floating or rigid?.
