Love the Quartersawn Oak!!

Hi all,
Its been a while since I posted. Thought I would share a couple of my latest projects. Both are crafted out of quartersawn white oak. The den is a little dark for my taste but turned out exactly like the customer wanted.

Love the nice clean lines of the design. Hardware was well picked.

Nice work!!!

Those are some beautiful cabinets!! Great job!!
Now for the critique I know its what the customer wanted, and I get that, but why cover up the beauty of quartersawn white oak? Wow unless like park83 questioned, can the rays even be seen??

Again beautiful work, looks fantastic!! I just never would have guessed that was quartersawn white oak under all that "darkness"
