Fridge side panels

These are some cabinet side panels for a fridge opening I built for a friend. He is going to stain them to match his cabinets. The paneled one faces the living room, and the flush one goes against the other cabinets. These are 26" wide and 96" tall. I used 1 sheet of plywood and a couple boards. The 1/2" plywood was set into the panels with a 1/2x1/2 rabbet. The backside will never be seen, so I used pocket screws to assemble the stiles and rails, and glue of course. The 1x2 face frame is secured to the panels with tongue and dado.

the picture was resized, and I think it got out of proportion. They dont look as tall and skinny in person.

So what you're saying is they are really short and fat? Either way, nicely done.. They will make an excellent addition to your friend's kitchen.

If Woodworking is so much fun why isn't it called WoodFUNNING?

I've made a few videos
