Chicken Coop Improvement Channel?

I built my coop 2 years ago from plans I found on the internet. It didn't take long to realize it could use some improvements. So after 2 years, I took a couple of days off this week and finally got 'er done. Also, how I mount hinges and made my doors.

I like it. I hope to have a chicken coup and chickens within the next couple years.

I visited a coworker on his farm, and he was proudly pointing out the large animals, telling me the names of their cow, the sheep, the goat, etc.

There was a flock of chickens in a coop. I pointed at them and jokingly asked for their names. Without missing a beat, he pointed at different chickens and said, 'That one is "Thanksgiving", that one is "Christmas", ...'

Because I'm in the suburbs with neighbors, I don't want a rooster. If I ever do accidentally get a rooster, I'll name him Dinner.

I've got 2 roosters in my current batch but I dont have super close neighbors. I'm either going to buy a few more hens to have a 1:6 ratio or eat one
