Corn; Their bits are about equal to Grizzly, for ocassional use they are ok but dont do well for heavy duty or production work

They are owned by Penn State Industries. Been getting their catalogues 9they both come in a plastic wrapper together) since 1992. I bought a few of their bits. they are okay but skymaster is right they are not industrial grade.
