Table saw arbor shaft help! please and thank you

Hello all and thank you for any help you can give me , I have a craftsman 10in 3hp TS and today i took off the pulley on the arbor and its all chewed up the set screw is still there but the keeper pins are missing and the hole for the screw is all messed up is there anyway i can replace the shaft that holds that pulley on? or would i be better off buying a whole new arbor with the shaft and everything ? I'm slightly new to all this and I should mention I'm not rich enough to buy a brand new saw . thanks again for any help you can give.

The answer to your question will only be as detailed and specific as the question is detailed and specific. Good questions also include a sketch or a photo that illustrates your issue. (:< D)
