Steel City 40200H replacement cutter inserts?

Iíve got a Steel City 40200H planner that Iíve had for 2+ years. Iím looking for the replacement cutter inserts for it. My model has the 2 sided inserts. Anyone have one of these who has a lead on the replacement inserts? When I can find them online they are out of stock. According to Highland Woodworking they say the 4 sided inserts are not interchangeable with the 2 sided. Anyone have any experience with this model who has tried putting the 4 sided inserts in it?

I have the same planer that also uses the 2 sided cutters. You can get cutters from:

https://www.utterguys.com

They carry both HHS and carbide cutters. They are not original Steel City cutters. I bought a HHS set and they are labeled as made in Germany. They are less expensive than the Steel City cutters too. I have not installed them yet so I can't comment on quality.

You have to call them to order the cutters as they are not on their web site.

Good luck!
