Jointer deal

This is in my home town and my little bench top isn't doing the trick. Is this a good deal?

It's a terrible color but if everything is in working order it's a good deal. Powermatic holds it's value very well. You could probably paint it and turn around and sell it for $1200.00.

You don't list many details. Make sure it isn't three phase. That would be an additional expense to make it go.

Here's a perfectly good example of how painting a good machine the wrong color devalues it.

If it's in good running order it's a good deal. What's the knife length?

Jointer deal

I'm not going to buy it out from under you, but if you don't buy it let me know. I don't live too far away and might be interested.

My grizzly isn't for sale until I have something to replace it, but about $300.

It is probably too late tonight. I will call the guy in the morning. His add says price negotiable. I don't think he knows what he has. If you live local you should go look at it. He probably couldn't answer our questions correctly or he would have posted the information in his add.

It's a model 50 jointer so that would make it a 6" jointer.

If it is a 6" I don't want it. I am saving for an 8" or larger jointer.
