Hitachi Table saw help

Iíve had a Hitachi (C10FL) table saw for a while now. I just got a new blade to put in the saw, and was going to cut some miters for a box. I was turning the wheel until it got to 30í and it wouldnít turn anymore, and would make a clicking sound every time i turned the wheel. I obviously canít make the gift (mitered box) until i fix it, so it would be great if you guys know how to do so.

I took some pics of the inside, and the mechanism that lets the blade tilt. Blade tilts to the left if that matters. Thanks

It appears the spiral gear has set screws on it. Try watching that gear while you are cranking it and see if it is slipping. You may just need to tighten those screws.

Iíve watched it as i tilted the blade, and once it gets to 30 degrees it just stops, and itís not skipping on a thread either. Iíve also checked to make sure nothing is in a tooth of the gears. But still nothing happens
