welcome to the forum !!

those are called "Job Site" saws. they are designed to throw
into the back of a vehicle and take them to a job site. (portability).
if you are opening a business, you really need to invest in a stationary
cabinet style table saw.
you really need to tell us more about your skills and talents and what kind
of woodworking you do as well as what projects you will be making.
also, what kind of shop are you going to have and what other equipment
and tools you have or will be buying.
do you have any photos of projects you have completed recently ?

Im looking to invest about 1000 dollar into it.

So ive graduated sculpture and got very interested in designing modern furniture... so i have few projects and awards, and also for this business few furniture designs to start with. Ive worked with all kind of tools and materials and am very passionate about it. I have big list of tools that im going to buy for my business and am excited. I am making lamps, chairs, and all kinds of contemporary furniture.

Ok this is the last thing i made... huge pieces of wood

very nice table.
if you are going to be making wood furniture that requires the accuracy
that you demand, a heavy duty table saw of good quality is a must.
I would not consider a Job Site Saw for fine furniture making.
many members here have professional shops that can guide you
through the business aspects of professional woodworking.

these are two saws that I would consider as my first purchase.

That looks like a better saw than the Jobsite models, can't comment and further as I am not familiar with the brand.
