Garage Sale Router and Drill Press

Went to a garage sale today and picked up this drill press and router.

I got both along with a fishing reel and a new set of pots and pans for $85 . Not the deal of the century but I'm pretty happy with them. Spent the evening cleaning everything up. They look a lot nicer now.

The Drill Press is the Ryobi DP102L. The laser isn't working on it as the battery chamber got corroded. Everything else runs smoothly and quietly. The Router is the Ridgid R2900 with the plunge and fixed base. I believe it's 2 1/4 HP and has different speeds up to 23,000. Unfortunately, it is missing a collet. It has the 1/4" one but not the 1/2". I ordered one off Amazon for $17 that I hope works.

Congrats!

Considering the router kit is about $200 new and the latest model of your DP is $130 new I'd say you made out pretty well if everything works properly.

Yup! Other than the laser and missing collet everything is in great shape with not glitches. Looking forward to using them!
