I've used the ShopVac Universal Tool Adapter to be most useful for connecting most any tool to a 2 1/2" port. Once there, other adapters will get you to larger hoses or ports. It's easy to cut to fit your particular situation. It even got my Makita 1/4 sheet sander with it's tiny 7/8" port hooked up to my Bosch flex hose.

I'll need to buy an additional hose of some sort for this get up that will hopefully match right up to the dust deputy.,,. or maybe I use two of these?.. any suggestions?

I usually use a 1 1/2" vac hose to connect my miter saw to the dust collector. It has a 2 1/2" end that will connect to most everything else.

The Bosch manual says the saw's port is 32mm (1.25"), so the ShopVac adapter should give you a piece that will allow a 1 1/2" hose to couple to the Bosch port.
