Vintage Eclipse No.70P

Old Eclipse coping saw, a bit rusty, trying to clean it up and replace the blade.
Does the handle on this one has a screw mechanism or is it one of those saws where you need to push the frame against hard surface to release the blade?
Don't want to break things this time.
