That is good to know.... The same friend of mine that now works in Dekalb, used to work for Hines Lumber, which I think ones Kirkland sawmill..... I used to get most of my wood thru him, via kirkland. I didn't know they sell to the general public.

I live just west of Saint Charles.... Are you part of any woodworking club? Where do you get your wood at?
I am not part of any woodworking club, and I really don't have too many places to get wood. A buddy of mine just started working at a custom millwork shop in Dekalb, and tells me he can get me anything,but I haven't shopped his prices yet. I know of the Hardwood connection out there, but they seem high.
