Just sold a lightly used saw of this model in perfect shape. You can go to RAS recalls and the mfg (not sears) will send you a free replacement blade guard and bed FREE. I had just installed them on mine before selling it. I wasn't impressed with the guard though, kinda clumsy, but the new bed was nice. Did you also know its a 120/240 VAC model. Lots more power on 240 and easy to switch. I have the owners manual on DVD if you need one. I liked the saw but am working with a cabinet maker and now have access to all the tools so am parting with mine (so wife can park car in garage again). New to this site so bear with me.

Nope, never used it. Check out my cabinets I made for my kitchen. They are in my album on my page. Cherry wrapped around Maple. I redid the entire kitchen about 4 years ago. Bigger project than I expected. You have your own business now?

Yeah, still in. A few more years and I will retire. Submarines all my life (24 years). Been woodworking for the past 6 yrs or so and just started turning. I noticed your location in a few of the postings. Your pics look like you have a good sized shop. What kind of stuff do you do?

Yeah, very near DC. Not the one right next to the city, but about 20 miles west of DC.

KC, Thanks for meeting up with my daughter yesterday. I'm not normally hard to get in touch with but the last minute holiday trip through my normal routine in a whirl. I can't get to my email for some reason but can log into this site.

As for the prices, I was thinking about $50 for each of the square ones and about $75 for the doghouse style box. Adjust however you think and we'll use that as a test to see what we can sell them for in the future. Two are made of walnut and the small one with the cutlass is made of mahagony. Anyway, good luck with the show and look forward to meeting when I return next week.

Reckless, I'm in NoVA, near Dulles Airport. I take it you're in Portsmouth after getting out of the military?
