We as moderators do our best to get rid of spamers and try to monitor the content but we can't be online all the time. If you see something questionable report the post to call it to our attention.

I understand this is a welcoming forum, for likeminded people to share ideas...are there any provisions or standards in place to minimize spammers and liars?

Thanks for taking care of the pics. Could you possibly flip the pics in my second post of Cedar Plant Stand? Thanks!

Sorry to bother you again. I posted a new thread called Cedar Plant Stand and tried editing my pics to orient correctly, but it apparently didn't work. If you could flip the pics for me I'd appreciate it. I'll have to figure this out before posting any more pics. Thanks!

Hi, I posted a new thread in Project Showcase titled Red Oak End Tables. I'm not sure why but my pics always post upside down. I noticed that you were able to fix that the last time I posted pics. I'd appreciate it if you could do the same for this thread. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Silicone adhesive will hold very well to plastic but you are correct, it doesn't get hard.
I was under the impression the lexan was sitting in a dado. I don't know of any adhesive you could edge glue a thin piece of lexan. If it's being glued to another piece of lexan they make a special adhesive just for the plastic but I don't remember what we used. I haven't done any plastic work since 1994.

Thanks Steve! I will try that but I think I'm doomed with this one. The reason I did not use the clear silicone caulk before is I was told it would not dry solid. Can you advise on that? I have the .093 poly standing on it's edge on the edge of the tread. Will the Silicone hold it tight enough do you think?

I am trying to load from a desk top. I get all ready to up load, press upload and wait as it says. I wait until it says upload failed because of missing security icon.

Hi, Steve. I see that you are a moderator on this forum. I would love to find some like minded wood workers in my neighborhood. Do you know if there is a way to find anybody who lives here in Regina, Saskatchewan.
Would it be O.K. to post the question?
"Looking for fellow wood workers in or around Regina, Saskatchewan?"

    Thanks, Steve,
