    Wow, no dust collection (or was that taken off for clarity?). This makes me jealous too. I want to do this, but will have to settle for narrower (without the router) due to limits in width in my shop. I will go as wide as possible though. I noticed you replaced the cast iron wings with a homemade top. Was there an advantage (especially on the left side... right side in this picture)?

    Wow, sorry I have not answered you. I never noticed I had a comment here and have not been on in a while. No dust collection. Thinking about it soon though. That is more of a dust chute that I made out of left over melamine from the top. This saw came with the webbed extension wings that I did not like at all. The left extension is just about the same side as the original one.
