Default sliding garage doors question

Hi

I am in the process of building a shop and I would like to use a sliding door (similar to the New Yankee Workshop). I was wondering if these doors can be sealed tight for both security and weather reasons. If so, how is it done.

thanks for your help

Kevin

Well one way to find out it to go visit an over head door business and play dumb. Ask them questions and write it down.
