Default Sheds/Mini home

My name is Bryant Gilgan, I am a student at Forest Grove High School. I am a senior, and for my senior project I wanted to build a mini home/shed and I was wondering if I could get any advice on the designs or the actual building. This may include time frame I'm working with and best and cheapest materials to use.

Thank you for replying to my post. What do you think the best kind of materials to use would be? (the cheapest but still reliable)
