Smile Flush Door Furniture

Can anyone recommend to me a good brand/type of door furniture for flush fitting doors? I'm really looking for a master/slave style espag, so I can apply the grooves to both the door, and frame, in the spindle moulding process, rather than by hand at a later stage.

I am also looking for a similar way to applying the hinges, I've just starting using 'lift off' hinges for storm proof doors, and can't recommend them enough, I would love a similar design for my flush doors but can't seem to find anything!

any help would be very grateful recieved
