TexasTimbers Moderator Join Date: Oct 2006 Location: Texas Posts: 3,274 My Photos Old Gallery	Finishing Walnut Flooring . . . . Has any of you ever finished black walnut with just a clear coat? My wife and I do not want to stain the walnut it will be dark enough we think just from the clear coat, but she has never seen it that way. Anyone have any pictures of unstained walnut but with a clear coat I'd like to see it. I have used polyurethane and some oil finishes on some unstained and lightly stained walnut humidors I made in the past but they were all sold and I can't see them in my mind's eye. Another question. I'd like feedback and thoughts on any floor finish you prefer. I am undecided on what to use. __________________ . .
