Itchy,
It's hard to use a filler and have it turn out well. You might try finding the chip that broke out and use some CA glue to carefully glue it back in and then sand it a bit and finish.

The tearout happened when I was using a 1/4 " roundover,a simple thing that I will do next time is use a 1/8" roundover then if it chips i will go to the Quarter".I guess I could make two passes over it and remove a little at a time and it may help!

Tearout happens to all of us at one time or another. The good woodworkers learn to use a backer board. Although, I never seem to learn that one - guess I'm not a "good woodworker."

If you cannot find the original chip you can probably make a duplicate.
