I'm trying to put together an old barn loom. The wood is unfinished curly maple. Which I was going to leave as is.
My farm shop is seperated by a wall between the machanic and wood working side. Unbenonst to me some oil leaked under the wall and soaked into some of the loom parts standing along the wall. I have to live with the stane I believe. My Question is. How can I dry that oil out of the wood so it won't soak into the cloth I hope to weave some day?
