Hey there, My question is, I used latex paint to seal the ends of my just cut up tree sections untill I could get anchorseal today.I have just come home now, it is too late to run the chain saw to trim off the paint tonight, can I seal over the latex. Will it work?. Thanks for any help, lbj.
I don't think so. The anchorseal needs to soak into the wood. You should be OK though, slap a couple more coats of latex on the ends in the next day or 2 until you need to do some cutting. Then seal the fresh ends with anchorseal. You are sectioning this up for turning blanks right ?
