Default Just a Couple of Unposted Pieces

These are a few projects I've done over the last couple of months. All silver maple. My first couple of closed forms that survived also. The darker piece at the bottom is just something I used to imitate a stand.

Tim,

Very nice work.

Question: Your last hollow form, is that from a whole piece or a half piece as you would have for a bowl blank?

If it is a whole piece it has a pith in it. Does your hollow form have a pith in it?

Fred, it's a piece from a larger log. No pith.

Tim, really nice work. I really like theses and the spalted wood is a bonus. I think the third one is my favorite but they are all sharp! Good job!
