Default When you introduce yourself . . .

Welcome to our community!

This is not a "rule" because we try to keep those to a minimum, but it is a suggestion we hope you'll agree with. When you introduce yourself, please tell us a little about yourself.

You don't have to go overboard, just the obvious things like how long you've been at the craft, your area/s specialty, and maybe where you live if you haven't put that on your profile yet.

We're glad you became a member and we look forward to your participation.

Right on TT.
I would also encourage new and old members to fill in at least the location part of the profile, so we know what area of the country, world, or wherever you are in. Makes a difference on some advice. Also a first name or nickmane is very much appreciated. It's a lot easier and more friendly typing that instead of a strange screen name, not that there's anything wrong with that. (a strange screen name)
