Default Long time hobbyist, first time poster.

Hi All,

I've been a hobbyist for 20 years, although I can go months at at time without making any sawdust. I have a basement wood shop with tablesaw, bandsaw, router table, jointer, and an old ShopSmith that I use primarily as a drill press and occasionally with its planer attachment. Of course, I have the usually handheld power tools and hand tools as well.

I've built a lot of shop jigs, cabinet oriented furniture, bookshelves, outdoor furniture, etc.

I'd say I'm an intermediate level hobbyist.

I look forward to asking a lot of questions and sharing ideas.

Lislefan.

Welcome Lisle,
Sounds like you have enough stuff to get into trouble. Pick a project and let 'er rip. Months without sawdust could cause irreversable harm. Hate to see that happen...
