Default I forgot to tell everyone Hi....

Lets see.. retired used to bass fish a lot. Haven't had the boat in the water but once this year. I got a deal on a Craftsman chop saw. Then the now famous radial arm saw. That started a flood. Now I'm a woodworker wannabe. I'm by no means talented but I try. A lot of the guys here have real talent. I know I'll never be on their level. Heck I have fun planning something. All I have built so far is a 4x8 workbench, stand for the miter saw, belt/disk sander. a couple other projects. They are looking better as I go.

I have found a bunch of great guys that don't mind helping a ole fart like me try and learn something

Thanks again..

Boat? Boat?! Wee don' needz no steenkin' boat!!!

Well, maybe we do... there has been so much rain here that the dams have been running night and day at full generation to bring the lake levels down to normal. That has put a damper on my tail water fishing for sure. I normally wade fish.

John... hint.... make your first real project something your wife wants... but never finish it or she'll just want you to build more and more stuff for her...
