Default Good morning to all

Just wanted to introduce myself. I am David from Salem, Il. I am a toolmaker/cnc machinist by trade. I refer to a Mastercam Software forum for work tips or issues so I thought there may be a woodworking forum that has the same environment. I enjoy working and making things from wood for my family and myself. I use a small area of the garage for my work area until I start a project, then the cars go outside until the project is done, then the saws and other toys go back to their corner.

My current project is drying around 800 bd. ft. of walnut, maple, and ash that I cut from trees from my old home place when I was a little boy. After it drys, who knows what will come next. My wife is lining up project ideas for me.
