wine bottle holders

can anyone tell me the angle of the cut and size of the hole for the single board wine bottle holders.

There are many ways to house wine bottles. If you want a front and back hole, I drill two 3" holes on the same plane, 6" apart. The fat end sits in the hole, and the neck rests in the front hole, and has the angle needed.

I think he's talking about the "magic"ones that balance in the air with one board holding it up.

Im unsure, but have come across the plans time to time looking through free plans. If I see it again I'll post up the link.
