Default A Tool Solution For Small Spaces

There is all kinds of ways of storing tools with limited wall space. There is pegboard with hooks, slatwall, wood strips with slots or holes, shelves, drawers, and the old bench top. Here are just two examples of some creative craftsmanship. These are two of my favorites from The Toolbox Book. Thought they might give you some ideas.

This is a wall mount tool cabinet done by H.O. Studley (how's that for a cool name).

This one is a free standing cabinet done by Andy Rae:

I may have to pick that book up. I have seen the Studley chest before (have the full size poster) But have never seen that other one, it's a beauty too.

I usually find myself trying to make a "studley" arangement of my tools... and just about the time I get it set perfectly where every tool has a place... I get a new tool that mucks the whole thing up and I have to start over

Very cool pics CB.
I could see maybe building either one of those cases, I just couldn't afford to fill it with the kind of tools it would command.

Very cool stuff. Studley is a cool name as well.....almost as cool as Kenbo. (did I say that out loud?)
