Question The Right Drill

I am looking for two types of drills to drill holes in balsa wood. One of them I need to drill at a right angle due to limited space to work with. I need to be able to mount it on a sliding track to move the drill back and forth to drill on both sides of the drill. The other drill also needs to be mounted on a track in order to slide it back and forth, but it is not limited to space. They both need to turn at least 3,000rpm. The drill bit is a metric #19 or 11/64". I need to be able to drill these holes as quickly as possible to use in production. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Some type of a drawing would help. Are you talking about drilling horizontal ? Or verticle ? Or at an angle ?

I will be drilling on the inside of an arch, around the inside perimeter of the outside edge and around the hub of the arch. The holes are to attach louvers inside the arch, so they have to be in line with each other on top and bottom.

I have seen some air powered drills that had short 90s. They were used in industrial applications. The Amish also use a lot of air powered tools and you may be able to get something that would work quite well.
