Hi all, thank you for a very good forum, most important for me -benevolence.First about me - generally handyman with love to wood and woodworking. In my area I can not find a woorkshop where I can take a classes. Closest one - about 35-40 miles, but schedule is not good because of my regular job.
I am thinking to open a woodworking shop - like coop or woodworking in community centers. Main idea - ask professional for help - like teaching children, classes for adults, time for anybody to come and do some projects.
First questions - are anybody nearby Manassas, VA will be able to help with teaching?
- anybody nearby interested in this kind of bussiness.
I would appreciate for any suggestions, help. PLEASE.
What kind of business is supposs to be - profit vs none profit, coop vs community??????????

I think it may have been Carnegie who said if you make a charity of your business-- it will soon vanish. Make profits and you can always donate them to a charity of your choice.
