Default An old steel ruler

I recently picked up an old steel ruler that turned out to be unusual. On the front is the conventional 36 inch scale on one edge and on the other edge is a circumference conversion scale. On the back is a lot of information some of which seems to be a guide for making containers of various capacities. I believe it belonged to an old sheet metal worker. I wonder how old it is.

Sawduster You really don't need that ruler. Just put in a box and send it to me. LOL Great find by the way.
