Default Norfolk Island pine, anyone?

I have a Norfolk Island pine which needs to be cleared from my front yard because it has grown too big. I'm in the process of stripping the branches off, but the trunk looks to have about 12' of good usable wood, 10" dia. This is said to be a good decorative timber because the branch growth pattern gives the wood an interesting figure.

My location is Culver City, CA... if you have a truck big enough to haul it, I'll give you this trunk as a Christmas present. My email is my screen name at verizon dot net.
