The way it is setup, yes it will be. ill put my boat on the right side and then use the middle and left for a shop. It sits on 6 acres. I am moving out of town and I am excited. Suprisingly there is 220v already out there in the barn. Only I have that is 220 is an air compressor so I should be fine.
When you have that much space there is room for pretty much any tool you want to own. I have a single car garage and the space limitations are real. I purchased a 6" jointer and there just isn't room for it. I hoped I could find a place for it. I am selling it. With all that room, I would just keep it.
A little jealous.
Looks like is needs a bit of work. Should keep you busy.
A lot of potential (& work) with that "new" shop area! Consider doing an paper floor plan layout BEFORE you begin moving in all your toys & equipment. Be certain to have enough wall electrical outlets or perhaps a roll up cord mounted to the ceiling. Also think about a dust control system. Keep us posted as to your progress, and be safe.
The realtor is ready to go, the bank is ready to go, I am ready to go, the seller......... well the original closing date was set at sept 12th, but everything went through ok and ahead of schedule. The seller wont budge until the 12th... 2 more weeks to wait on the seller now... felling bummed..
Made a trip back out there today to check on the propane tank to see how full it was. I noticed the gate for the fence was completely gone. Got to looking around outside and a few odds and ends that were there are no longer there now. Got in touch with the realtor, so tomorrow we are going to go through the whole property again to see what else is missing before we sign papers.. Some of the stuff I noticed from the outside that is missing was junk, scrap metal, that doesnt bother me too much. But to have the gate missing off the fence just pi$$es me off.
I got the keys. My wife is upset with my priorities. First thing I moved was my boat.
