Default Need someone with a wide planer in Mooresville, NC. area

I may be in the area in a week or two and am looking for someone that can plane up to 28" wide planks.

Thanks, Dave.

Default You got wood that's 28" wide?

Or do you have panels glued up that are that wide? Commercial door makers and a large cabinet shop will have a wide belt sander 36" or 42", which with a 36 grit belt take down a 1/16" variation an 2 or 3 passes. See if you can locate one and buy some time on theirs. bill

I ended up calling around for a couple of hours and located a planer but thanks for the ideas.
