Check out this site for an absolutely great array of pictures of the great work by Nora Hall. Truly a tribute to the craft. She is one of my favorites. Hey, Corndog should like these:

Question

I agree!

She really REALLY GOOD!!

I have a DVD or a so from her on woodcarving... she's so good!

Anyone interested in woodcarving should investigate her published book & DVD's, etc.

When I first saw her... I thought... SHE can carve wood?!

OH YES she can!! And expertly well!

Yes, SHE can carve. She has some incredible work on the site I posted. Carving is definitely a talent. Carving in furniture seems to be dwindling in demand. It's hard to get paid for what that kind of work requires.

The clientele has a lot to do with that part of it. Sometimes the word of mouth can be the best advertising.
