Default Looking for Chest Hardware

I found a nice design for a Pyramid Trunk Coffee and End tables that i am building for my daughter. I have looked all over to try to find that same kind of hardware that they are using but am not haveing any luck.

I have attached a pic of the hardware in case any of you have suggestions of where to look.

You might find the lid support on this page. The hinges look like ordinary butt (leaf) hinges. For the bail pulls you'll have to do a "Google" search.

Thanks, I looked on Rockler and also did a Google search, but had no luck.
