Default looking for a belt drive motor

I need a belt drive motor for a rockwell shaper i bought from someone and i got it for 25 dallors i was thinking a used motor instead of a new one if anyone knows where to get one please post.

Grizzly sells a nice variety of motors...

I have had good luck with eBay too...

jodiemeglio I live in boston mass. I do not know where you are but i am looking for at least 1 1/2hp motor and if i can get a 2hp or 2 1/2 it would be even better. I would like it if i could get a good used one but we will see. let me know where you are from and what horse power the motor is.

I think mine is only a half. Make sure you don't go over the original hp of the shaper, it was only designed to handle that much!
