Default Kind of Wood

I have Birch Cabinets stained with Early American. I am looking to put Rope Crown Moulding around the top of the cabinets but have been unable to find rope trim in Birch. Only find Oak, Cherry, Mahogany, Maple and Poplar. Anyone have any idea which wood would come closest to matching a Birch
