Default Help with hinges for deep inset doors

Hi! I'm completely new to woodworking and I'm planning to build a video arcade cabinet. I'd like for the entire back of the cabinet to be openable, but I can't seem to find a hinge that will suit my needs. You see, the door will be inset a half inch from the sides. It seems I'll need to use a pivot/knife hinge, but all that I've been able to find don't have any installation instructions for what I need; they generally just have instructions for a standard flush inset. Of course, they MAY work for what I need, but I'd hate to order them only to find that they're useless to me.

I found these pivot hinges at Rockler:

Again, they aren't "approved" for the sort of installation I need to do, but it looks like they may work. However, it does not look like they could support a 26"x50" door (3/4" MDF). But there's no telling, since they don't provide that info. Help!

Note: If I haven't explained my situation clearly, please say so. I'll be happy to go into more detail or maybe even whip up a diagram.
