Default has anyone made a flap sander?

Hello, I have found only 1 company online that carries a low quality flap/drum sander. The type I'm talking about looks like a very large bench grinder with a flap wheel on one side and a drum on the other....just wondering if anybody uses one and where I can either find one or if anyone has actually made one.
