Default A good Problem to have BUT !!

A snowbird friend told me last night I can get all the ruff sawn cherry I want for $1.50/BF , now I gots to figger how much I need to buy to make the trip worth it ... Upstate NY ..
You people really burning cherry and maple for firewood , he does , says they have so much of it ..

Don,t know where you are in Alabama, but, I get rough sawn cherry for $1.20 (i think) just about 20 minutes from me.

$1.20? Ok, I am in...maybe i can figure out a way to get enough for a clock case...cherry is nice to work with.

I never priced the stuff , but , was told that here , $2.50-$3.00 , was probably a good ballpark guesstimate ..
