Default glue problem

hello, I'm sure that this question has come up alot. How can I prevent my bracing from sticking to my joined boards? It's a big problem b/c when I remove the bracing, part of my table top comes with it. This leaves me too much sanding to correct since I don't have a planer. Does anyone have a good solution for this problem?
Thanks,
C.G.

Tin foil or wax paper between the glue lines and what you don't want to stick to them ?

I use wax paper. Epoxies don't stick to it and I figure that's good enough for me.
