Default determine an odd angle?

What is the best way to determine an odd angle? I am making a table top and I am going to use oak to trim out the edge. The angle is 135 degrees. What should the angle on the oak be? Thanks.

Get a protractor

and lay out the angle. Then divide that angle in half.

That will then be your answer. Try it with a piece of paper or cardboard to prove to yourself that your answer was correct.

How about the number of sides divided into 360.

Is there another example of the angle you can copy with a t-bevel? (sometimes called a try-square in my parts?) Then transfer the angle to the appropriate tool....
