Default Cutting pie shaped pieces?

I am thinking of making a circular inlay with 8 separate pie shaped pieces. I want to make 2 angled cuts on each piece, so the grain is is centered.
The diameter of the finished circle will be 6"
Any help on how to set up a jig for the cuts?

I'm thinking of a max of 1/8" thick, and assorted hardwoods.
